From what is translated it seems pretty good - by stalker standards.
A few of the generic NPC responses are also not translated. The PDA encyclopedia is almost completely undone (which is surprising because I would image that would be mostly free of slang - and thus a prime candidate for machine translation - but I digress). Overall seems good but you'll quickly find out that it's unfinished.
